Key Stage 2 Art Club

In the Key Stage 2 Art club, the children have been developing their use of proportion to draw an image of a bird.  They have also explored the use of various lines to add detail and the use of mid, dark and light tines to create depth.

The children have also experimented with different starting points to create their own bird cartoons.  They have found that stepping away from their preconceptions about how to draw a bird gave them more freedom.

Thank you so much to all of the  members of staff; our child is extremely happy here and we are very grateful.’
